Not Legal Advice
The information, templates, workflows, and automated logic provided by ADMT Ledger (the "Service") are for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
1. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and ADMT Ledger or any of its employees, directors, or affiliates. Any information you submit to the platform is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
2. Regulatory Volatility
The laws surrounding Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT), specifically the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regulations drafted by the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA), are rapidly evolving and subject to interpretation.
While we strive to keep our workflows aligned with current draft regulations (e.g., CPPA Article 9), we make no representations or warranties that the Service completely satisfies your organization's legal obligations under the CCPA, CPRA, or any other federal, state, or international law.
3. "Safe Harbor" and Enforcement
Completing a risk assessment or publishing a pre-use notice via ADMT Ledger does not grant your organization "safe harbor" from regulatory enforcement action by the CPPA or the California Attorney General. You must have qualified legal counsel review your specific risk assessments, notices, and integration architectures.
4. Executive Attestations
The Service facilitates the execution of declarations "under penalty of perjury" as required by the CPPA. ADMT Ledger only provides the mechanism for signing and recording these attestations. The signatory (e.g., your General Counsel or CISO) is solely responsible for verifying the truth, accuracy, and completeness of the underlying risk assessment information before signing.
5. Integration Accuracy
Our automated discovery and opt-out propagation features rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lattice). We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of tool discovery or the immediate effectuation of opt-outs within external systems. Your organization must independently audit and verify that opt-out signals are being honored correctly across your HR stack.
By continuing to use ADMT Ledger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Disclaimer.
