Pioneering AI Governance for the Modern Workforce.

We build cryptographic compliance infrastructure so HR and Legal teams can deploy AI with confidence, not fear.

The AI Compliance Gap

As organizations rapidly adopt Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) to screen resumes, evaluate performance, and monitor productivity, regulatory bodies are pushing back. The California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) has introduced sweeping mandates requiring pre-use notices, 9-part risk assessments, and opt-out rights.

Until now, the only way to manage this was through fragmented spreadsheets, endless email threads, and expensive outside counsel.

Our Mission

To translate complex, evolving privacy regulations into automated, deterministic software workflows that guarantee audit readiness.

Our Philosophy

We believe compliance should be cryptographically provable. Our Immutable Ledger ensures that once an organization asserts compliance, the record is untouchable.

Who We Serve

We build for the intersection of HR and Legal. Our platform is the connective tissue between the tools recruiters use and the risk mitigation lawyers require.

The ADMT Ledger Story

ADMT Ledger was founded in late 2024 by a cross-functional team of privacy engineers, former HR tech operators, and regulatory analysts. We watched as mid-market companies struggled to decipher the CPPA's draft regulations on Artificial Intelligence.

We realized that existing Privacy management tools (like OneTrust or DataGrail) were too broad, too expensive, and fundamentally misunderstood the specific operational realities of HR-focused AI tools (like Greenhouse or Lattice).

We built ADMT Ledger specifically to solve the "Article 9" problem. By combining automated API discovery with a SHA-256 cryptographic ledger, we created a system where compliance isn't just an aspiration—it's a mathematical certainty.
